反正來來回回幾次, 客服小姐教了我幾種不同的方法:
差點要叫到府維修了. 不過打去客服, 都會說這是針對保固內的服務, 會不會過一陣子收到一張帳單啊... 冏

這幾次打電話去客服, 我都在想, 下次不要買 hp 雷射了, 以後買個連續供墨的噴墨來用算了. 噴墨那麼便宜, 就算壞掉要丟也比較不心疼.
